Adhesive Resin AN2101
AN2101-75 is a reddish brown aqueous solution which is a resorcinol formaldehyde precondensate synthesized under acidic condition. This product contains no free formaldehyde (＜50ppm) and it has excellent stability, which does not polymerize during storage.

Packaging and Storage
- 1. Containers or pipelines for storing or transporting AN2101-75 should be made of acid-resistant materials.
- 2. AN2101-75 storage container can be selected from phenolic lined drums or stainless steel storage tanks or tank trucks, which can be determined according to users’ needs.
- 3. Store in a cool and dry warehouse with temperature not lower than 5 °C.
- 4. The container needs to be kept sealed to avoid evaporation of water.
- 5. The product is valid for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Applications
1. AN2101-75 can be used as an adhesive for various rubber and fiber-reinforcing materials (such as polyester, nylon cord and aramid fiber), and can be used for tires, hoses, conveyor belts, etc.
2. Compared with resorcinol, the dipping resin AN2101-75 does not require resin aging and can reduce the amount of formaldehyde during handling RF resin solution.
